“A recent study by Electronics Hub examined tweets from all around the world to determine the most criticized tech products on Twitter. The study, posted on Jan. 31 this year but conducted in November 2021, found that Xbox systems draw the most ire from gamers. Now I know a lot of people will scream at this article. And as a ps5 preferred player, not a fanboy, I can say honestly I have had the same concerns proven to me when I owned not 1 but 3 different Xbox series x with failures to all of them. And on top of that, Microsoft had the nerve to blame me after I spent weeks being hung up on trying to call them about failed systems. I sent emails to top exec’s of Microsoft and not one time did anyone bother taking my problem serious or even take any ownership. I had screen shots of hold times and recorded hang up by reps and conversations of lies. And still not a single thing done for me. So yes, I get complaints against their consoles. It’s a shame that things like this happen to such a fanbase needed company that is being destroyed in this generation by their rival. You would think with the “worlds more powerful console” title being almost laughed at now with title after title still being better on the ps5, that somehow Microsoft would make sure fans were taking care of and the product reliability being the top controllable goals. But I guess I was wrong.
