Watches for me is the piece of tech that was my first and my biggest addiction. I absolutely adore watches, have since I was 2 years old. No other tech has been apart of my life more than watches. So picking one today and picking one next month isn’t something unheard of for me. I have so…so many watches that I forget about some of them. I remember I turned in a watch for repairs and I never picked it up for 1.5 years. Flat out forget I had the watch until they called me to remind me. I just had so many other options that it was out of sight, out of mind. However, there was one watch that I saw year ago that gripped me. It truly was on my mind every year leading up to last week, when I finally purchased it…The Kronaby Apex.
I remember watching this video and it blew my mind. The video was done so nice. The perfect lighting and conditions really helped nail the looks of this watch. And when it explained all the details about what “Connected Watches” not smart watches mind you, it was a homerun for me. I fail for the leather band looks and the sapphire glass with the anti reflective glass. The thickness and the 43mm also grabbed me. But when I learned about the whole customization features you could change and make your own…that just made it heavenly.
I was so addicted to this watch video that I watched it like 30x or more that year and went back to it every year after. The watch cost was $595 and dropped every year so I kept putting it off. And every year the Kronaby added more features like a stop-watch to the it’s custom tech, which was one of things I absolutely needed from it. So 4 years later…the price was now $299 on Amazon after tax and shipping from Sweden, so I got it. I then followed up and got a butterfly buckle to replace the standard watch buckle it shipped with. And now I have the one watch I waited 4 years to buy. So thankful Jehovah God has blessed my life enough to be able to get this and many other things through the years. But now that I have it, I haven’t taking it off my wrist. I have really enjoyed wearing this watch more than any others. Best part…I don’t have to worry about charging it every night, it has a 2 year battery life. It even came in to me paused in function so no power could drain while it waited in the warehouse for its purchase.
The watch even comes in multiple design styles and looks. Some with no secondary dials and some with more than 1 dial, like the one you see above. Bottom line you style I’m sure can be found.
