Finally I’ve past the wasteful living portion of earphone after earphone testing. I wasted so much of my life trying to find earphones that not only sound good but earphones that actually allowed me to wear them without getting sick. I knew AirPods had the best venting of any earphone out there but I didn’t understand that nothing else would work for me like those. I got every single earphone you can buy when I was on android. And when I say all ….I literally mean all. If it was available…I got it. And duplicate the same thing over and over. Either they would create migraines and sound good or they wouldn’t be comfortable or had limits on how you had to use them because they would fail otherwise. It was in the door and out the door experience that led to compromises left to right.

It’s the first pair of earphones I’ve ever care enough about to want custom accessories like this dBrand case above. In fact I’m going to say this now out loud….this is best tech gadget I’ve ever purchased for myself since the original iPhone. Let that sink in a bit. It is the single biggest reason why I switched from android to Apple. It is also the most comfortable pair of earphones I’ve ever owned along with the best ANC and voice assistant.

It also led me to getting the iPhone 14 pro and Apple Watch SE! Which again… is far and away the best smartwatch available to buy today. I know most people would say the Ultra Apple Watch is. But for me …I haven’t seen not one person explain to me what they are able to do with that Watch as far as features that can’t be done on the SE. All I keep hearing is people saying that if they wanted to climb the mountain or scuba dive but nobody that is reviewing this and hyping it up is actually doing any of these things. And if you legitimately do this things on a regular bases then you would pick other watches or equipment to do what you need, not the Apple Watch. But nothing beats hype. So for me, $800 is way too much to lay down simply to walk around with your Apple Watch and check your steps and at most go swimming in. The SE tracks location, traces back steps if lost, has crash detection and fall detection, has same Watch faces and bands that can used on it for the most part, and outside of a siren and bigger face, really doesn’t justify buying anything over the SE unless you’re a woman in need of the series 8 for temperature checks for ovulation. The Watch is under $300 for 44mm and demands respect, something the series 8 $450 price tag doesn’t accomplish thanks to its high cost with same feature set for men at least.
