Let’s see…”Xbox series x/s will outsell ps5…. “this generation won’t be like it was last generation”….”Xbox will deliver on AAA games because they have learned their lesson”…. “Phil Spencer finally understands what gamers want”…”Xbox’s RDNA 2 will show PlayStation what real graphics look like”…and my favorite …”it’s the dev kits, once the new dev kits come out Xbox graphics will surprise PlayStation 5 in year 2. Omg people the levels of misinformation has again stacked up against Microsoft and all that is left is PlayStation 5 standing alone on the mountain top. When will fanboys finally shut up and accept that ps5 is and always will be the preferred gaming consoles for next gen? Look…I personally own both consoles (at least until I sell my Xbox series x, once I get it fixed for the 5th time.). I respect both sides of the table when they do whats right ONLY even when I refused to indulge fanboys stupidity. PlayStation and Xbox both have their issues. And I don’t trust either of them. I just like playing games and I don’t care where. I just want the best.
And PlayStation has the best games and anybody claiming otherwise is just biased and or ignorant. Yes Xbox has the greatest idea in gaming history, Gamepass and a tone of money. But nothing is more important than the fact that they don’t care about consoles gaming nor understands what makes exclusives great like PlayStation understands. Nobody in general cares about Xbox consoles in the mindshare of the world on average. On tv when people demo games… it ps5. When developers talk about games they are using ps5 for their demos. When nba players, nfl players, and the like are talking about gaming or playing games … it’s on the ps5. Ps5 is the only console in history that has never been readily available in stores for 2 years and yet the push and the love of the console grows even stronger. And this happens even while Xbox gives away free games day one while PlayStation charges $70 for theirs and yet people cheer for PlayStation. Get it through your heads Xbox lovers. Their is no fight and the generation has been lost already. Microsoft is about to be the most embarrassing company in the world. They are about to spend 70 billion dollars just to turn around give all their assists right back to their competitors who according to numbers would still be #1 without it in revenue. And on top of all this you are giving away the farm while being destroyed in every single aspect of gaming from sales of games, subscriptions services adaptors, and console sales. Microsoft you are about to be the laughing stock of the world. How can you be destroyed after all your money and free games? It’s a joke. The hard reality is that the gaming world as a whole, doesn’t want Microsoft. PlayStation is all they see and love and no matter how many times you think you can buy your way into power, you lose.
And come next year, even after StarField launch, all Xbox will produce is disappointment just like they did with the last Halo launch. Why? Because of management. They don’t have any idea how to manage, develop, or maintain the proper knowledge on what makes games great. And when more and more people see how you planing on abandoning the consoles gamer focus in favor of PC… you will lose even more support. You see it’s not enough for Microsoft to just include the pc as their focus. Phil Spencer’s own words is that they have to shift away from the console market which they consider dead and stagnant for them and will push even more for pc gamers. Unlike PlayStations focus to just merged the two without loosing their DNA on the consoles gamers, no Microsoft wants to leave consoles players behind eventually. And yet they wonder why their company is rejected and hated by the majority of the gaming community. It’s also why your console sales have failed you as well as game pass adapters rates. It’s not a competition.. it’s a slaughter for this generation to already be over. I’m afraid there is only one Next generation console in peoples heart and minds, the ps5!
