Hot off the heels of the Gaming Awards show…. a show millions of gamers watched with anticipation. Playstation showed up big time with first-party exclusive and third-party showing alike. Even Nintendo showed up. Hard-hitting titles either coming out for all consoles or exclusive to one or more, all filled the show screen for 4 hours of pure delight for the fans. And when the curtain closed for the show, PlayStation stood on top of the world yet again! The most dominating presents in the whole show (together with their record-setting results in sales for the Ps5) knew that they were heard loud and proud. Playstation isn’t going anywhere and they stand by the gamers around the planet for their continued development and traditions that support the console players FIRST!
And Microsoft…well Microsoft sat there as the FTC blocked their deal and soaked. Not only was Phil Spencer not looking very well with the same smiles you normally see but the company gave their console fans ABSOLUTELY JACK CRAP! Where are the trailers for the upcoming hype? There was none and Microsoft flat-out knew that they looked bad that night. But once again, this is what happens when you know nothing about what gamers want and no matter how many companies you buy out …all they will do is effecting them with their same mismanagement and lack of connection to real gamers that don’t want to play smartphone baby titles and first-person shooter OVER AND OVER and over again. Xbox fans were yet again left with eggs on their face because Sony didn’t let their fans down while Microsoft didn’t bother with any trailers for Forza, Fable, Hellblade, Perfect Dark, or anything else that they have beaten their chest about for years. And all you will get is “wait until next year!”.
ATTENTION Microsoft.…You are once again the laughingstock of all of gaming and you wonder why people around the world reject you time and time again. You should be ashamed of yourself. At a time when you should have bragged about your upcoming lineup, you sat there looking stupid and you most definitely flat-out disrespected the little fanbase that you have left over. Hopefully, by tomorrow you will find your fanboys making videos on youtube telling everybody that this didn’t matter and that they can’t wait til next year for damage control. You are flat-out Pathetic and I’m ashamed that ever had hopes in your company!
