Looks like the shipping slow down continues for the Airpod Max. Apple continues to sell out of them at their physical stores while places like Best Buy and Amazon can’t get them back in either. Places like Apple Stores were normal still a great place to pick them up even if others didn’t have them in but all of this has changed it seems. Speculation about what this means is still being debated in the tech world. People that believed this meant nothing are considering other possibilities. People that already taking Airpod Max 2 are doubling down. And then there are those who just believe it’s about more colors. Personally, I’m not sure anymore. I didn’t think apple would bring anything around until Christmas time but now I’m starting to wonder myself. At this time, the earliest you can expect to get your hands on the Absolute best headphone in the world today for iPhones, is mid March at best and even that could fall to a later day.
But I can say that if I was Apple exec’s I sure wouldn’t cannibalize the AirPods Max the way they are selling and how popular they are growing amongst the social media shots of celebrities. At best I would produce more colors or a special edition limited version or something. This would just further push people into the eco system further and the spring on the Max 2 next year. But that’s just me. I could just be speaking from a selfish point of view. I’m just not ready to buy another Airpod Max and like not having anything in the world better than what I have:).
