Bethesda a company know for its unique style of gameplay and albeit generic graphics, has a history of story telling in their games. So to expect the DNA to exist in Starfield is understandable. It’s probably the first real serious exclusive AAA game on Xbox series console since it’s launch if you take away Forza Horizon, since for some reason people don’t count because it’s a sports title at times and we all know what happened to Red fall. So with this lack of games comes the hunger to get excited about something that finally might live up to the title of a AAA game. But this is, at best, all it can be.
Problem is people are claiming all kinds of stupid unrealistic things about the game. And let me please remind you of every single time this happened, what happens. Remember No man Sky? Same hype, same unbelievable assumptions, and same procedural worlds quotes. Or how about, the greatest space game ever made, Star Citizen, who on their scale, graphics, and gameplay is a complete dream and fantasy compared to anything Starfield will ever do or look like it isn’t lifetime, and yet that game is still being worked on daily and has been in beta for years and years and yet still doesn’t work without flaws, still missing promised features and abilities, and crashes to this day.
The only thing you can count on is failure and bugs in the design of games like this and in fact any game overhyped like this. Every single time a game is said to be something unbelievable, 10000% of time it is a disappointment and comes up well short of what was promised. Remember the original Watchdogs? I do, the one shown and promised and the one we actually got. And none of the things ever came out exactly like they promised us. And it won’t happen with this game either. Mark my words, be prepared…this only has one outcome when games are overhyped like Starfield, turns into a game that has over ambitious goals, never reached. Xbox fans already claim that this game will be updated with DLC for the next 100 years for crying out loud. Just stop people, you only look stupid and all you are doing is creating the hill you are all going to fall off of when this game launches with the reality what it truly does vs what was assumed and it won’t be a fun day for Xbox fanboys.
