This has turned out to be the worse purchase of my tech life. The Bowers and Wilkins Pi8 have gone from Hero to Villain. At first the sound was so amazing that I felt it was going to be the end all to sound as I knew it for bluetooth. It was magical, exciting , expansive, and yet personal and engaging. But shortly after all the articles and all the praise came the real reveal. Everything from tonch control calibration delays, to battery life that dropped 6 percent in less than 2 minutes of use to not charging completely after 8 hours or more in the case, to not being 100 percent charged after a week in the case. And now today, the transmission case stopped pulling sound from the source now. Now it no longer turns white even though it kills the sound from the source default speakers as though its about to transmit the sound but it never does. \

I’m so done right now. $400 …. 400 freaking dollars for a product that fails in all these issues is just not acceptable. To be honest it’s not acceptable at any price. And the scariest thing is that this is not isolated and yet the fans of this company justify and hide it. I mean Bowers and Wilkins haven’t even attempted a single Update in attempt to fixing none of these issues. In fact they haven’t bother putting out an update at all for anything. The whole thing is just flat out frustrating and I apologize if you bought this product because of my glowing reviews about it. I really believed in the product but I because I betrayed my rule…( no Bluetooth earphone is worth more than $300), I fell into this mess.
