So, for the last few days, I’ve been gathering up all the earphones I own and sorting them out for sales and giveaways. In the midst of doing this, I wrote an article to give people a good nonnbaised view on earphones I suggest for different categories. My purpose was to show others that my personal choices don’t get in my way of respecting other earphones brands for different categories.
However, what the review of all these things did was to bring even more light on my Az100’s. I realized that, without even trying, that the one earphone in the most categories was found to be the Az100’s. It then hit me that if I look back over my life, I would find that the Technics have proven to be the greatest all-arounder Bluetooth in existence of all time. That’s right the greatest of all time. This is the highest award ever given on my years of reviews on this site. There has never been a brand of a group of devices(AZ80 /Az100) that were able to stand out the way this lineup of earphones have for Technics. It is also the first brand to be granted the perfect score for back to back models.
Look, I get it! Most people will just claim I’m being over-dramatic or I’m just over-hyping things. Let me assure you that I’m not. I’ve had every single earphone you can buy for 2 years or more, and none of them have done what these have managed to do. And what’s sicker is that they keep getting better day by day in their sound refinement. I don’t know if it’s a burn in thing thing or not. It could just be the ear tips becoming more conformed to my ears the more I use them. Either way, these things have become better every single day to the point and reason why I’m calling it “The greatest of all time”! Now don’t freak out, I am not telling you that the Devialet and Pi8’s won’t be considered better sounding, even if by a little. What I’m putting the crown on is well beyond the sound. They may be 3rd best in sound, but they also have other areas that they are great in that others skip or don’t bother addressing. But if you start a list of the areas this earphone has stood out in, the number of boxes checked exceed the Pi8, Gemini 2, or others checklist.
