I will be testing out the Noble Audio Rex5 this week. It is said that to be chosen by it, one must be without fear:)). I have never tested a bluetooth entry from a IEM company before. This is a product that has a bunch of hype behind its sound. People are claiming that not even the PI8 or Gemini 2 can’t defeat this level sound. It has five drivers and one of them is planar. Now the last time I listened to a planar driver was back with the Sundara headphones, and that was amazing. So, I will be interested in seeing if this sound translates to the earphones running through bluetooth or not.

“Emald energy of will power”

However, like I’ve pointed out, sound only doesn’t work for me. I need more than just sound and hype. What is the performance like altogether?  What’s the battery consistency like? How stable is the operation, the app, or touch controls? These will be sent to me as a test product and will decide if I should suggest to others if they should buy it. Chances are this again won’t be a suggestion from me because of the price. To really put this into context, I don’t believe this unit will replace my az100’s, nor will I decide to retain them for myself. I’m sure it will be good in sound quality, but so are the Pi8s and Gemini 2s, and we see what happened to them in my overall view against the az100. All of them are 2nd place to the Az100, aka Saturo Gojo’s overall package. But maybe it will be a video a lot people want to see. Noble, pi8, Gemini 2, Az100!
