One of my issues with companies like Bowers and Wilkins is that they are a huge company with a history of and tradition that people have respected. And yet when you have a problem like I have had with the PI8, they don’t listen, don’t bother looking into things, or flat out spend all your days with questions to avoid honoring their warranty or taking responsibility. They won’t even acknowledge that the problem exist. And if this issue happens just with one item, you could at least count that the next item won’t have issues, and you can label the issues a “one-offs.”  Unfortunately, for Bowers and Wilkins, their previous earphones had tons of problems that they never addressed and left all those people without solutions while they made the Pi8 and now the Pi8 had problems that have no info on handling or acknowledging.

But not Noble. They acknowledge the only real complaint I had about the Rex5, the 30% battery(basically the baatery warning happens way too fast), and even confirmed that they are indeed working on fix for the software. They didn’t tell me that it’s just me or to try and blame my lack of understanding on things. No, they immediately took ownership and assured me the consumer that I am not without merit on my concern and that they share it and are currently pushing for a fix.

This is again, proves my delight in this product will be backed by a company willing to listen, and this makes me feel confident that I’m not in this by myself. When a consumer feels listened to instead of rejected, this then leads to a better relationship and trust. You also feel more willing to spread the word about the product. This can lead to better sales for the company as well, of course, but most importantly, it spreads trust.

This is the bluetooth that you end all searches on. It’s the endgame, in my opinion. You don’t have to wait and see what Sony or Sennheiser do. You don’t need a comparison video about this vs. any other earphones on the market today. They win in sound, fit, and phone call quality, hands down. The type of driver set, quality of materials for case and buds, the battery life, and fast recharging of the buds means all other earphones are only fighting for 2nd place if Sound, fit, looks, and phone call quality are your most important areas for earphones. These are the best and deliver a very nice battery and a very effective minimalistic app to boot.

At the end of the day, I’m sure this product won’t fit everyone’s needs and preference the same way. You might just find, though, it might fit yours like it does mine. Either way, something special is here nonetheless. At the end of the year, audiophiles and fans of earphones will still acknowledge the greatness of this product even if the cost is more than most want to spend or will spend. This is just one of those products that the best overall sound quality, fit, and looks has a higher cost to it. And that need for the absolute best might not fit your will to spend this cost on them, and that’s perfectly understandable. Things like the Az100 might be your limit at $299 or something like the Cambridge audio at the $120 range. Either way, this is going to be a great year of audio. For me, Christmas is just here early.
