When I speak about these UIEM’s to most people, they either don’t believe me this time around, or they don’t accept what I have found in these as my subjective truth. To most Audiophiles, when one of their own find pure happiness, in most times, this happiness is temporary or is taking as a threat to the rest of them. For them to be told that someone found happiness with just one product threatens the direction of buying and buying. So therefore, you are a threat. Why? Because to accept that you have found this means, in their minds at least, that they have to believe that either you are wrong or they are wrong about their choice if it’s not the same choice. It also forces to see that they might have wasted money on a direction that shouldn’t have been followed.
There can be no world that both you and them are right. And most certainly there can be no world that they could be wrong. So the needed response is always going to be, to destroy or bring down lower the choices of others by any means necessary. They need for you to believe and say that your product isn’t greater than their own. Or that your direction and reasons are bad choices. Anything but the result that makes them look closer at their choices, even when that’s not even needed in most cases.
For me though, it’s really quite simple. For me its the most beautiful UIEM I’ve ever used or seen in my life. For me it’s the absolute perfect sound for the everything I hold dear and touches all the limits of every single frequency my ear is able to take advantage of. Basically, it’s the first UIEM that is perfect for my ear. And being that it doesn’t have to be something that beats others in any particular frequency response, this removes the need to the “greatest” UIEM ever made for everyone in the world. Now it’s just needs to be the greatest UIEM for me. I don’t care that there my be others with more bass, more treble, etc, etc. I acknowledge this could very well be the case, like with things like the Valhalla. I just don’t care anymore, and that alone is growth and a fresh direction for my life.
