For me, I can’t speak for anyone else, but Samsung Buds battery reliability is horrible. Every time there is another Earphone released by them I jump at the chance to get them, hoping this year will be different. There has never been a single moment or a single generation of Samsung buds that I have had that stayed reliable the for 1 year. They always start off amazing in sound, fit, and features. But shortly after that they stop charging or holding battery life. Yes, I can blame myself for trusting them over and over again. Yes, I know I can contact them to exchange them. The issue is that I shouldn’t have to. The answer is for Samsung to start doing better with their earphone battery tech. Not relying on consumers to return buds or not return them.

Look I’m not saying that other companies can’t have failures or ignoring that it can be returned. What my issue is the consistency of the same problem over and over again. And yes, I do blame myself but at the same time I’m not going to act like a company, like Samsung shouldn’t be able get their stuff working right after all the money and experience they have compared to someone like Earfun or other cheaper brands that can be reliable time and time again. Its pathetic that any company can see consistent issues with a common problem over and over again and not fix it. So be very cautious in trusting Samsung for their earbuds people. Be prepared for failure sooner than later.

Look, its not all bad news for Samsung…I don’t want to overshadow all that they do right. The earphone literally are the best useful features next to Sony’s Xm6’s. They have One of the best Voice commands ever made without a command words. The still give you access to google Voice controls and UHQ sound Quality for Samsung devices, translation features, read your text messages, and have good ANC, really nice hear thru, and amazing sound quality and separation. All this within a small case and great fitting earphones. But like most things they always have to have a BUT.
