Well, my friend finally convinced me to try out the necklace he has been wearing for a couple of months that he swears by. The necklace is called “The One Device.” He claimed to have gotten into frequency healing for his body and said it has changed his life. He shared how much better focused he has been, how much more balanced he has felt since getting it, and what a better athlete he has become in his sport or even just playing guitar better..

So naturally I am skeptical about the stuff. Yes, their website uses all the buzzwords and claims research as their proof that it works. But as I looked carefully, they also said on the site that none of the findings they list were truly about the product directly, but rather about the science behind other things that used a form of the same steps. However, as you look deeper, each of those forms delivered their results in much larger volume sizes than the speck of light, sound, and vibration found in this necklace, and then the reviews were next up. …

Reviews like this were even more concerning, as this example showed that, in their mind, it is a placebo event at best. How can the necklace work on your body just because you ordered it? You literally do not even have it yet. Then I saw more videos and so-called reviews from Trustpilot.

I mean these have got to be the real deal, right? But when I listened to each one, I noticed something very common about them. They all had affiliate links advertising in their reviews. So they were invested in getting you to buy because they were sponsored and gaining money from the purchase. So there go those reviews, too. I was left with at least my friend, who also had an affiliate link :))), or just ignoring it. Look, I know there are things in this world like breathing techniques found in devices like my Shift Necklace that work on reducing stress, and they work. Maybe this is one of them..

So I ordered it and got it yesterday. I charged it; yes, you have to charge it. It lasts about 80 hours or more on a single charge. I went with the black one to blend in with my Shift Necklace. I put it on and tested out the different frequency colors and what they are supposed to stand for. Not sure who found out all these colors and frequency differences, but I tried the ones that made sense. One suggestion is that we just allow it to cycle through all of them randomly, but I didn’t want to try that as one of the cycles is about opening your body up to spiritual oneness, and I’m very cautious about that. So that was my first concern..

The next concern was how often I would need to charge this thing. I thought 80 hours was a good thing until I remembered part of this device’s purpose is to help with sleep, so 24 hours cuts into the 80 hours very quickly. So, basically, I have to charge it every three days. I am not really happy about having to charge yet another product, but at least this does not have a cell signal or Wi-Fi antenna..
Finally, the last issue is the app and controls. You do not have to download or use the app, but it is actually needed if you do not want the necklace to cut out while sleeping, because if it lies flat for more than four seconds, it shuts off until it is upright again. You cannot change this unless you use the app, which is fine, but mine never connects to the app with vibrations as claimed. The app is also supposed to be able to tell you what your frequency should be throughout the day simply by having you read a paragraph out loud..

But of course, my app doesn’t work on that either, so you are stuck with just the necklace controls. There are no buttons or a touch screen on the device. You basically have to tap the side of the unit until it cycles through different modes of color and frequency to get what you need or want at any given time. The problem is that the taps don’t always work; there have been times when I have had to literally take the unit off just to get it to cycle back to a frequency I wanted to try at the time because taps wouldn’t register while I was wearing it.

Bottom line, at $200 for a pendant, I believe you should be able to consistently and accurately change modes or use the app that has such needed controls and adjustments that can’t be found on the unit..
Now I guess the question is, does it work? Because these are things you can look past if they delivered on the promises made: better sleep, stress relief, mental focus, regained energy, and even healing, right? Well, I can report to you that I have no real changes I can clearly identify with using this device. I still woke up at 3 a.m. and had problems sleeping. I didn’t get more motivated than I already was, I didn’t get more energy than normal, and I didn’t get any extra clarity. They said I need to give it a week, and maybe a month, to see the difference..
When asked A.I. about the validity of this it says the following...
“It is entirely pseudoscientific myth. While the original musical syllables (ut, re, mi, fa, sol, la) were developed genuinely by the 11th-century monk Guido of Arezzo to teach sight-singing, the modern “Solfeggio frequencies” concept is built on modern fabrications:
Invented in the 1970s: The specific hertz values (174, 285, 396, 417, 528, 639, 741, 852, 963 Hz) were concocted by physician Joseph Puleo using numerological reduction applied to verses in the Book of Numbers, not ancient lost music theory.
The “Hertz” anachronism: Medieval monks could not have composed or tuned to these specific frequencies because the measurement of time in precise seconds—and therefore “cycles per second” (Hertz)—did not exist until centuries later.
Biophysical claims are unproven: Pseudoscience marketers frequently claim tones like 528 Hz “repair DNA” or “cleanse cellular trauma,” but no rigorous, independent biophysical research supports targeted frequency healing at these specific numbers.
Placebo and psychoacoustics: Any calm, focus, or stress relief experienced when listening to these tones stems from basic relaxation response, ambient drone sounds, and the power of suggestion—not inherent biological resonance“

They at least have a 90-day money-back guarantee. I think this would go a lot better if I could efficiently use the unit as promised with the app, even with the taps that do not always register. This is my only real, legitimate complaint, because I am willing to give it time even if the concept does not make sense. I am just trusting that my friend is getting real results and not a placebo, because if this really works, it will be a game changer and worth every penny. Perhaps the app is just buggy, or maybe there is firmware I can download that will make the taps register better. Who knows? I thought I would share my experiences on my site with others so we can experience the results together. Maybe I will learn a great lesson about this stuff one way or another, and hopefully my experience will save you some time if you are considering it too( either for getting or to avoid it). More to come in the coming weeks!!
